Samsung already released the official stable Oreo update a few weeks ago. Now that the Samsung Experience 9.0 ROM is officially out of Beta Software Program, it is time to roll out the stable one. Following the cancellation of the stable Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus with firmware build number G955FXXU1CRAP and G955FXXU1CRAP respectively, the OTA seems to be resumed. Due to some random reboot issues, the update was paused. Today, the a new OTA update for the Galaxy S8 is being pushed.
The new Oreo update comes with firmware build number G950FXXU1CRB7 and G950FXXU1CRB7 for S8 and S8 Plus respectively. While the Baseband version remains the same, it features more or less the same bug fixes and features. It is still based on Android 8.0 and latest February 2018 Android Security Patch. How to download and install new Android 8.0 Oreo full Odin firmware for S8 and S8 Plus?
In order to update your Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus to the latest Android 8.0 Oreo update, you can either go to Settings > Software Updates > and download OTA update manually or simply download the full stock firmware file and install using Odin tool.
Here in this tutorial, we will show you how to download the full firmware files directly from Samsung Servers. Later, install it using the official Samsung firmware flashing tool called Odin.
At early times, using the SamFirm Tool may show you an earlier available Oreo ROM. This is because it is too early for the latest Oreo firmware files to be available from Samsung. Check after a few days for the CRB7 file.

Installation instructions:

Step 2: Later, launch the SamFirm tool and input the model number and the Product or CSC code for your device.
